The Hudson Oaks City Council is comprised of a Mayor and five Council Members. All positions are elected at large and serve two year staggered terms. The Mayor and Places 1 and 3 are elected on even numbered years. Places 2, 4, and 5 are elected on odd numbered years. Elections are held every year during the month of May.

2020 General Election Information

Elections will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2020 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 

Positions to be elected will include Mayor, Council Member Place 1 and Council Member Place 3.

The filing period to file an application for place on the May 2, 2020 ballot is January 15, 2020 to February 14, 2020.  Applications must be submitted to 210 Hudson Oaks Drive, Hudson Oaks, Texas 76087, in person or by mail.
