In order to set up utility services, please fill out the application linked on this page. You may email the completed application to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring it to City Hall in person.
New customers, or customers wishing to transfer existing service, must pay a $40 Administrative Service Fee before the service request can be completed. This fee can be paid at the time your application is submitted, or it can be added to your first month's bill.
If you are renting, there is an additional $250 deposit associated with the service setup.
