Integral Hudson Oaks LLC (an affiliate of Austin-based MDJ Development LLC and Dallas-based Integral Real Estate Services, LLC) broke ground on Phase 1 of The Shops at Hudson Oaks in Hudson Oaks, Texas, on February 27, 2014.

The 24,000 square foot Shops at Hudson Oaks announces the signing of Hibbett Sporting Goods, Palio's Pizza Cafe, Great Clips, and Hudson Oaks Nail and Spa. Project highlights include many environmentally "green features", high efficiency interior/exterior lighting/building mechanical components and native low water vegetation. Other key items include classic architecture and substantial road/infrastructure improvements for the community.

The Shops at Hudson Oaks is adjacent to the 215,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter and is located on Highway 80 at Oakridge Drive just north of Highway I-20. Opening is planned for August 1, 2014.

MDJ Development, LLC, based in Austin, Texas, was founded by Michael Johnson. Integral Real Estate Services, LLC, based in Dallas, was founded in 2009 by Joe Gampper and Angella W. Gregory.
