Boomin’ 4th is set to mark another Independence Day with its unique combination of low and high aerial fireworks. “Our Firework Sponsors, Jerry’s GM and Southwest Autogroup allow us to put on one of the most dynamic firework shows in DFW. The experience inside Gene Voyles Park is spectacular” stated Mayor Pat Deen.
Green River Ordinance will headline this year’s event and in a change to the schedule from last year, Green River Ordinance will play both before and after the fireworks. Boomin’ 4th is a free community event, with free parking, and free entry. Numerous vendors will be on hand serving food, drinks, and entertaining the kids. You may bring your own food and beverages to Boomin’ 4th, but glass is prohibited.
With the completion of additional parking lots on Oykey Drive, parking near Gene Voyles Park is easier this year. Free Shuttle parking is also available at the Hudson Oaks Wal-Mart. Boomin’ 4th is sponsored by Southwest Autogroup, Jerry’s GM, Imperial Construction, Freedom Powersports, Weather Regional Medical Center, and the City of Hudson Oaks.
